1. Purpose These Terms and Conditions govern all photography services provided through this website. By booking a photography session, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking A booking becomes confirmed once accepted by both parties. A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Prices may change without prior notice. The agreed price at the time of booking remains applicable.
4. Payment Payment terms are agreed between the photographer and the client. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
5. Rescheduling In the event of illness, severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the session may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed date.
6. Cancellation Any cancellation should be communicated as soon as possible. Refund conditions, if applicable, will be determined according to the agreement made at the time of booking.
7. Delivery Final photographs are delivered digitally. Estimated delivery times will be communicated after the session.
8. Editing All delivered images are professionally edited. RAW files remain the exclusive property of the photographer and are not provided.
9. Copyright All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer under applicable copyright law. No commercial use, reproduction, editing or redistribution is permitted without prior written permission.
10. Portfolio Use Unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing, selected photographs may be used by the photographer for portfolio purposes, including: • website; • social media; • printed promotional material; • exhibitions. The client may request that images are not published.
11. Limitation of Liability The photographer undertakes to provide professional services with reasonable care. Liability shall not extend to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure.
12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation before legal proceedings are initiated.
